2. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Acorn Welding Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA182-53-R01, Rev. 0, dated October 4, 2017 or later TCCA accepted revision.

1. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA04126NY, issued April 26, 2018 or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
