Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation, Inc., Models D55, D55A, E55, E55A, 58, 58A, and G58 is as follows:

(1) The type certification basis for Textron Aviation, Inc., Models D55, D55A, E55, E55A, 58, 58A, and G58 is shown on the TCDS 3A16 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
