1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. STC SA03525NY For installation of the 5-Blade MT Propellers is a prerequisite and must be installed prior to this alteration.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation, Inc., Models 300, B300 & B300C models is as follows:
(1) The type certification basis for all the Textron Aviation, Inc., 300, B300 & B300C is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
(2) The certification basis for parts changed or affected by this is change is 14 CFR Part 23, effective February 1, 1965 as amended by Amendments 23-0 through 23-63, with the exception of those beyond listed below.

There are no regulations with amendments beyond 23-63.
