2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement document number WS103608, Revision B, Approved March 22, 2018, or later FAA approved revision.

3. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA04211CH dated August 20, 2025, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airframe.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
