Installation of the Gogo AVANCE L3 System in accordance with Aerospace Design & Compliance LLC., data: (1) Master Data List, HDJT-MDL-0088, Revision A, dated Feb 9, 2022, or later FAA approved revision. (2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) HDJT-ICA-0088, Revision IR, dated Jan 21, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program. (3) Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) HDJT-AFMS-0088, Rev IR, dated Feb 9, 2022, or later FAA approved revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for all of the eligible aircraft models is as follows:
(1) The type certification basis for Make: Honda Aircraft Company LLC Model: HA-420 aircraft are shown on TCDS A00018AT for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
(2) The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application 1/5/2021, is based upon Part 23 as amended by Amendments 23-1 through 23-62.
