1. Installation of Gogo Business Aviation ATG System in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Master Data List MDL-23-20-00-001, Revision A, dated January 16, 2018 or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Maxcraft Avionics Ltd., Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-23-20-00-01, Revision A, dated December 3, 2017 or later TCCA accepted revision.
3. Operation must be in accordance with TCCA approved Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-23-20-00-001, Revision A, dated December 3, 2017 or later TCCA approved revision.
1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of TCCA approved Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-23-20-00-001, Revision A, dated December 3, 2017 or later TCCA approved revision.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
