2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. Maintenance of the Garmin G950 Integrated Flight Deck System upgrade must be in accordance with Transport Canada accepted Midland Instruments Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA11117-1, Revision D, dated November 28, 2017 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

3. Operation of the Garmin G950 Integrated Flight Deck System upgrade must be in accordance with Midland Instruments Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS11117-1, Revision E, Transport Canada approved October 12, 2018 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. The Transport Canada approved Limitations specified in Section 1 of Transport Canada approved Midland Instruments Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS11117-1, Revision E, dated October 12, 2018 or later Transport Canada approved revision is mandatory.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to the M7 Aerospace LLC SA227-AC (C-26A) is as follows:
