1. Upgrade of the TDR-94/D ADS-B Transponder system must be done in accordance with Transport Canada approved Genesys Engineering Order, A108430 Issue A, dated August 1, 2018, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Operation of the TDR-94/D ADS-B Transponder system must be in accordance with Transport Canada approved Genesys Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, A108601, Issue A, dated August 1, 2018, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
3. Maintenance of the TDR-94/D ADS-B Transponder system must be in accordance with Transport Canada accepted Genesys Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, A108600 Issue A, dated August 1, 2018, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
