Installation of a Hartzell Propeller model HC-B4TN-3C/T10702NS (4 Blade) in accordance with the Installation Instructions in Aero Innovations, LLC. Document Number AIL-HC-S2R-02 dated July 25, 2015 or later FAA approved revision.
1. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change is considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made on Thrush Aircraft Inc. Model S2R-R3S, Serial Number R3S-001 only, Registration Number N4012G.
2. The approved aircraft must be equipped with a Pratt and Whitney engine model PT6A-34AG installed under STC SA3238WE
3. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Aero Innovations, LLC. Document Number AIL-HC-S2R-AFM2 dated March 31, 2015 or later approved FAA Revision is required.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.
5. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft
6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
