3. Operation must be in accordance with the applicable AERO Design Ltd. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced on AML No. SA04330NY.

1. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA04330NY, issued August 20, 2019 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
