1. Installation of the Split Forward Cargo Door Window must be in accordance with Airworthiness Resources Corporation (ARC) Installation Instructions P0220-08, Revision 2, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved May 24, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.

(a). Option Kit 1 – Full, or (b). Option Kit 2 – Basic.

(a). For Option Kit 1 - Operation must be in accordance with ARC Flight Manual Supplement FMS-2061-01, Issue 1, dated June 30, 2020, or later TCCA approved issue.

(b). For Option Kit 2 - Operation must be in accordance with ARC Flight Manual Supplement FMS-2061-02, Issue 1, TCCA approved May 24, 2024, or later TCCA approved issue.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with ARC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness P0220-29, Revision 2, dated April 9, 2024, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Definition of the Type Design Change: TCCA Approved ARC Master Data List MDL-2061-01, Issue 3, TCCA approved May 24, 2024, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Models.

4. For Aircraft equipped with Option Kit 1 only: This Supplemental Type Certificate enables Cessna 206H and T206H models to operate with six (6) or fewer occupants on board when configured with an approved six (6) seat interior.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Textron Aviation Inc. Models 206, U206, U206A, U206B, U206C, U206D, U206E, U206F, U206G, TU206A, TU206B, TU206C, TU206D, TU206E, TU206F, TU206G, 206H, and T206H is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. Models 206, U206, U206A, U206B, U206C, U206D, U206E, U206F, U206G, TU206A, TU206B, TU206C, TU206D, TU206E, TU206F, TU206G, 206H, and T206H as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A4CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
