1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of the Medivac Audio System must be in accordance with Avmax Engineering Order CE403-401, Issue E, dated December 31, 2025 or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avmax Maintenance Manual Supplement CE403-701, Issue B, dated December 31, 2025 or later TCCA accepted revisions.
3. Operation must be in accordance with Avmax Flight Manual Supplement CE403-801, Issue C, dated January 5, 2026, or later TCCA approved revisions.
4. Definition of the Type Design Change: TCCA approved Avmax Master Data List CE403-900, Issue D, dated January 14, 2026, or later approved revisions.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. Operation must be in accordance with "Limitations" section of the flight manual supplement identified in the Description section.
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Textron Aviation Inc. B200, B200C, B200GT, B200CGT, B300, and B300C is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. B200, B200C, B200GT, B200CGT, B300, and B300C is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. B200, B200C, B200GT, B200CGT, B300, and B300C for parts changed or affected by the change is per the B300 and B300C certification basis as shown on TCDS A24CE.
