No. E-3224, Rev. 6, dated April 6, 2021 or later EASA approved revision.

1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No. E-3226, Rev. 4, dated March 17, 2021 or later EASA approved revision.

E-3226, Rev. 4, dated March 17, 2021 or later EASA approved revision, and is required as part of this installation.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. No. E-3228, Rev. 1, dated July 30, 2019 or later EASA accepted revision, and is required as part of this installation.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification to Textron Aviation Inc. B100 aircraft is as follows:

a) The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. B100 aircraft as shown on TCDS A14CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b) The type certification basis for the Textron Aviation Inc. B100 aircraft as shown on TCDS A14CE for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:

• Compliance with 14 CFR 23.1529 at Amendment 23-26.

• Compliance with 14 CFR Part 36 at Amendment 36-31.
