Installation of Hartzell Model HC-E4N-3KTVO/GC111140-2 propeller in accordance with Wipaire, Inc. Drawing No. 1012329, Revision A, dated November 15, 2023 or later FAA approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness are contained in Wipaire Document No. 1012499, Revision A, dated January 15, 2024 or later.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Aircraft equipped with amphibian/seaplane floats require Wipline® 8000/8750 floats installed by STC SA1311GL
4. Installation limited to aircraft with 1) Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. Model PT6A-114A installed via separate approval or as original equipment OR 2) Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. Model PT6A-140 installed via STC SA02546LA or as original equipment.
An STC holder who allows a person to alter an aircraft, aircraft engine, or propeller must provide that person with written permission acceptable to the FAA. (Ref. 14 CFR 21.120).
