1. Aft Lavatory Installation must be in accordance with Viking Modification Data Summary MDS-3027, Revision A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved December 10, 2019, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Viking Flight Manual Supplement FMS-3027, Revision A, TCCA approved December 10, 2019, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Viking Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-3027, Revision A, TCCA accepted December 10, 2019, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model-Series.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Viking Air Limited DHC-6-400 aircraft is as follows:
a) The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-400 aircraft, as shown on TCDS A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b) The type certification basis for the Viking Air Limited DHC-6-400 aircraft, as shown on TCDS A9EA for parts changed or affected by the change with the following additional requirement:
14 CFR § 23.853(d)(1) at amendment 23-34.
