2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. 100R-FMS, Revision IR, dated 22 August, 2024; Document No. 100R-FMS-A, Revision IR, dated 01 July, 2026; or Document No. 100R-FMS-B, Revision IR, dated 06 July, 2026 is a required part of this STC.
4. Only to be used with engines approved by STC SE04651CH.
5. Intermixing 100R in any aircraft/engine with other approved fuel grades is solely permitted in accordance with Swift Fuels Service Instruction SI-1, dated 28 June, 2022 for aircraft utilizing 100R-FMS or 100R-FMS-A.
6. Aircraft utilizing 100R-FMS-B shall only be operated on 100R. Use of any other aviation fuel may create fuel quantity indication errors.
