E-3470, Rev. 3, dated November 24, 2020 or later EASA approved revisions when installed on DA 42 model aircraft.

4. Operation must be in accordance with Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Doc. No.

E-3473, Rev. 3, dated November 24, 2020 or later EASA approved revisions when installed on DA 42 NG or DA 42 M-NG model aircraft.

Limitations and Conditions: (continued from page 1)

2. For aircraft models DA 42 NG and DA 42 M-NG, this STC is only eligible for installation on aircraft equipped with Austro Engine GmbH E4-B engine models.

3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of the applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in items 3 and 4 under the description of type design change section of this STC.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit a person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give this person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

The certification basis for this modification is based upon Joint Aviation Regulations (JAR) 23 as specified in Type Certificate Data Sheet A57CE and Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) part 36 at Amendment 36-31.
