(2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) LAI-ICA-127, Rev IR, dated 07Dec2023, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation. The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program.
(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Piper Aircraft, Inc., PA-46-350P, PA-46-500TP, PA-46R-350T, PA-46-600TP aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS A25SO.
