1. The HIPEC Covering and Finishing System must be performed and maintained in accordance with both of the following Aviatika Solutions Inc. and Falconar Avia Inc. documents:

a) Aviatika Solutions Inc. Master Document List as shown on Approved Model List (AML) SA04776NY.

b) Falconar Avia Inc. document titled, "The MODERN Method of Covering and Finishing", as shown on AML SA04776NY.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Makes and Models as shown on AML No. SA04776NY.

4. When the HIPEC Covering and Finishing System is used for either the full aircraft or full wing recovering, an aircraft weighing must be performed again and a new Aircraft Weight and Balance Report produced.
