1. Installation of AeroLED's Holdings, LLC., position lights, navigation lights, strobe lights and beacon lights in accordance with AeroLEDs Master Drawing List, Document Number 0031-0003, Revision IR, dated August 21, 2023.

2. Installation and Maintenance to be performed in accordance with AeroLEDs Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number 0031-0001, Revision IR, dated October 31, 2023.

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the FAA certification basis for the aircraft listed on this AML is as follow:

a. The Certification Basis for areas that have not been altered or impacted by this modification remain in accordance with the aircraft's relevant Type Certificate Data Sheets (TCDS).

b. The Certification Basis for parts changed or affected by this change since the reference data of application June 24,2022, is based upon Part 23 as amended by Amendment 29-64. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21..115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in the FAA Order 8110-.48, the certificate basis for areas impacted by this modification was determined to be:

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission
