Installation of geared tabs on ailerons, elevator and vertical tail in accordance with Delta Turbines Drawing 2004, Rev. C, dated 8/2/95, and EO 2004E dated 2/14/97, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement dated July 22, 1997, or later FAA approved revision is required.
Installation of this modification must be accomplished in accordance with instructions presented in Delta Turbines, Inc. Servo Installation Manual #2005 dated July 22, 1997.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
