Installation of vortex generators on wing upper surface and vertical stabilizer in accordance with J.V.E, Inc. Master Drawing List JVE-500, Revision 2, dated August 21, 1995, and Installation Manual JVE-0494, dated January 24, 1994, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. A copy of this Certificate and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement JVE-8842NAC Revision C, dated September 18, 2012, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
