1. Replacement of Piper wheel assembly part number 451-750 and brake assembly part number 451-708 with Cleveland wheel assembly part number 40-86 and brake assembly part number 30-55 in accordance with Williams Aircraft Company drawing WAC 22 and installation instructions dated October 25, 1995, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
