3. Eligibility limited to Piper PA-23-250 S/ N 27-7654001 through S/N 27-8154030 Per Master Drawing List ST-662-1-L-0001.

4. When installing a system 55X in a model ”F” airc raft in accordance with Master Data List ST-662-1-L- 0001, that does not have the Chelton FlightLogic EFIS system installed. Previously proven and certified data should be used to install the S-TEC flight director and heading source as specified below.

Disregard Design Data specified on STC Master Data List ST-662-1-L-0001.

Utilize the Design Data specified on STC Master Drawing List 92973.

5. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot’s Operating Handbook and/ or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891332, dated 3-01-97 is required for Piper Mode ls PA-23-250 and PA-E23-250, S/N 27-2000 through S/N 27-7554172 And The Above Models When Equippe d With Approved Turbocharged Engines (250 H.P.) and/or Wing Tip Tanks Per STC SA1480WE or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

6. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot’s Operating Handbook and/ or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891332, Revision 1, dated 7-12-01 is required for Piper models PA-23-250 and PA-E23-250, S/N 27- 2000 through S/N 27-7554172 and the above models wh en equipped with approved turbocharged engines (250 H.P.) and/or wing tip tanks per STC SA1480WE for S-TEC System 55/55X or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

7. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot’s Operating Handbook and/ or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N ST- 662-1-M-0001, dated 4-18-07 is required for Piper models PA-23-250, S/N 27-7654001 through S/N 27- 8154030 when equipped with approved tu rbocharged engines (250 H.P.) for S-TEC System 55X or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

8. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
