FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891445, dated 6-30-97 is required for Piper Model PA-28-151, S/N 28-7515449 And Below And The Above Model When Modified Per STC SA2969SW (160 H.P. Engine Conversion) or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.
4. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 891446, dated 6-30-97 is required for Piper Model PA-28-201T or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.
5. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
