Description of Type Design Change: Increase in maximum takeoff and landing gross weight by 100 lbs. when equipped with vortex generators per J.V.E., Inc. STC SA09074SC.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. A copy of this Certificate, and Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement FMS-S35GWI96-2, Revision N/C, dated 10/07/96 (S35), or FMS-V35GWI96-2, Revision N/C, dated 10/07/96 (V35, V35A, V35B), or FMS-CE-AC33GWI96-2, Revision N/C, dated 10/07/96 (35-C33A, E33A, E33C), or FMS-F-AC33GWI96-2, Revision N/C, dated 10/07/96 (F33A, F33C), or FMS-G33GWI96-2, Revision N/C, dated 10/07/96 (G33), or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
