Installation, on AT-602 airplanes, of a hydraulically operated hopper door and hopper, solid, load leveling, auger system in accordance with Wingman, Inc.
Report No. 99-12, Revision A, dated May 20, 1999, or later FAA approved revision.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. This system must be operated in accordance with Wingman, Inc. “Flight Manual Supplement for Air Tractor AT- 602 with Wingman System” dated June 29, 1999, or later FAA approved revision.
