Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Teledyne Continental Motors IO-550 or IO-520 engine and Hartzell Model No. PHC-C3YF-1RF/F8468A-6R propeller in accordance with Texas Skyways, Inc. Installation Instructions No. TSI-98-1001, Rev. D, dated 7/30/02, or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No.
TSI-98-2001, revision 1, dated 8/13/02, or later FAA approved revision is required.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
