- Installation of a Children's Critical Care Child's Stretcher Assembly, Part Number 100-1, in conjunction with the existing approved adult litter (STC Number SA1326CE) . The Child's Stretcher Assembly, Part Number 100-1, installation is defined by data listed on Children's Critical Care Drawing List Number 100, Revision C, dated 10/7/98, or later FAA approved revision.

This installation of Avcon Industries, Part Number 4001-201 or 4001-202 Stretcher in accordance with Supplemental Type Certificate Number AS1326CE is required prior to installation of Children's Critical Care Child's Stretcher Assembly, Part Number 100-1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer . If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
