Box 237 FM 37 West Cotton Center, TX 79021 J 3 Civil Air • A3SW Ayres Corporation S2R-T15 This modifies Ayres Corporation airplane model S2R-T15 serial number Tl 5-004 by installing a Ciera Cold Air-Conditioning Unit in accordance with Cierra Engineering Diagrams Drawing List 02, aircraft weight and balance dated 12/4/95, photos , and Ciera Owners Operator Manual. This is a one time only approval.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. The equipment installed must be operated and maintained in accordance with the Ciera Cold Air-Conditioning Unit.
