Installation of 406 MHz Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT). This alteration is to be made in accordance with data list D09644, dated April 17, 2009, or later approved FAA (DAS) revision.
FAA approved airplane flight manual supplement, "406 MHz Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT)," dated March 18, 2009, or later approved FAA (DAS) revision, is required. Compatibility of the alteration with other approved alterations is to be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
