Replacement of certain Goodrich pneumatic deicer boots in accordance with Goodrich Installation Instructions as listed on AML No.
SA09774AC. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement ER-2012-279, Revision B, approved January 31, 2017, or later FAA-approved revision is required with this installation. The Maintenance Instructions for Continued Airworthiness remain unchanged and are specified in the existing Cessna Airplane Maintenance Manual (AMM).
1. Approval of this change in type design is for the airplane models listed on the AML with previously approved deicer boots.
Intermix of these deicer boots with previously approved deicer boots is permitted.
2. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA09774AC must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the suppo rting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
