Installation of Hartzell Propeller, Inc. Model HC-E4N-5KL/JNC10904(B), De Ice, or Model HC-E4N-5KL/JNC10904, Non-De Ice, carbon composite, four blade, constant speed, propeller in accordance with BS Designs, Master Data List, Document No.
BSD-MDL-208-01, Rev. B1, dated April 20, 2017, or later FAA Approved revision. The Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) dated April 11, 2017, or later FAA Approved revision is required. The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document No. BSD-ICA-208-01, Rev. IR, dated April 11, 2017, or later FAA accepted revision is also required.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
The installation of the Honeywell International, Inc. TPE331-12JR-704TT turboprop engine is required, in accordance with STC SA10841SC. The Hartzell HC-E4N-5KL/JNC10904 propeller diameter limits are 110 to 109.5 inches. Honeywell Service Bulletin No. TPE331-72-2287, Rev. 0, dated April 19, 2017, or later edition is required to convert the TPE331-12JR-702TT to a TPE331-12JR-704TT turboprop engine.
