The installation replaces the existing factory-installed 4-Bladed Hartzell Propellers Model HC-B4TN-5/LT10282NS (or any other previously installed Propellers) with new Hartzell 4-Bladed Propellers Model HC-E4N-5KFL/JE9782SB without electrical or operational changes.
For Aircraft Models MU-2B-36A and MU-2B-60 "Long Models", this Propeller Installation requires a Maneuvering Limitation Placard in the pilot's instrument panel.
A copy of this certificate, the approved AFMS Document IJSC-6110-A01-00 Revision 1, dated 12 August 2020 or later FAA approved revision, and the approved ICA Document IJSC-6110-C01-00 Revision A dated 21 July 2020 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the aircraft permanent records.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The type certification basis for the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. aircraft models MU-2B-26A, -36A, -40, and -60 is shown on TCDS No. A10SW for parts changed or affected by the change.
CAR 3 dated May 15, 1956, including Amendments 3-1 through 3-8 plus the Special Conditions stated in FAA letter to the JCAB dated May 14, 1965, modified by FAA letters to the JCAB dated January 25, 1968, and May 12, 1971. Exemption No. 1951, dated February 4, 1974, granted an exemption from Section 21.17.
