Installation of Hartzell Model PHC-C3YF-2UF/FC7693DF or PHC-C3YF-2UF/FC7693DFB propellers in accordance with RAM Drawing No. 2549, Initial Release, dated May 16, 2001, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved RAM Airplane Flight Manual Supplement AFMS 1096, Initial Release, dated May 16, 2002, or later FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: Hartzell Model PHC-C3YF-2UF/FC7693DF or PHC-C3YF-2UF/FC7693DFB propellers are limited to aircraft that are previously FAA approved to install 78-inch diameter propellers and have Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) model TSIO-520 series engines with maximum rated power from 285 HP to 350 HP. This modification is compatible with aircraft having TCM TSIO-520 engines modified by STC SE09261SC-D, STC SE09104SC-D, or STC SE4327SW-D for rated power increase. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission .
