NOTE 1 - This STC Re-issue is based on the surrender of this STC from Page AvJet on July 9, 2008. This "duplicate" produced in accordance with FAA Order &]10.4C, paragraph (3-2)(1)(3) modifies the STC text to address this surrender. AS 01 the surrender date, no new installations of this STC should occur without express written authorization from the cognizant Aircraft Certification Office. Futafe unsafe conditfons existing in the product may result in an airworthiness directive requiring correction of the unsafe condition before further flight. The existence of an unsafe condition may result in permanently grounding the aircraft, unless operator obtains approval for a method of compliance. Contact the Atlanta Aircraft Certification Office for further details.
This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approvedymodifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission
