Installation of Lockheed Aircraft Service Model 109-C Flight Data Recorder per Capital Airlines Engineering Project 3-EP-196.
Installation of Lockheed Aircraft Service, Inc. Type 109C (P/N 4001550-0505 C/R) Flight Recorder per United Air Lines Drawing List dated March 3, 1967, revised March 10, 1967.
Limitations and Conditions: This STC is applicable only to United Air Lines’ Vickers Armstrong Viscount Model 745D aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
