Installation of Continental A-65-8F engine in accordance with Piper Drawing 11828, Rev. D dated 7/29/48, titled Power Plant, and Piper letters dated 4/25/61 and 7/7/61, and McCauley Model 1A90CF-7147 propeller.
1. Griswold Air Service Supplement No. 1 to the Piper PA-15 Airplane Flight Manual, dated 9/6/61 is required.
2. Compatibility of this design with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
