Installation of Edo 89-2000 floats, water rudder and seaplane fin in accordance with Item 204 of Aircraft Specification A-780 in combination with PA-18 tail surfaces and Lycoming 0-320, 150 hp engine, installed in accordance with Susquehanna Aero-Marine STC SA1-573 and Installation Instruction Sheet 1, dated September 20, 1961.
1. Susquehanna Aero-Marine Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated 11/14/61, is required with this installation.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
