Modify the WACO YMF to a Classic “WACO F5” or “WACO F5C” configuration according to Classic Drawing Number CAC-F5, Revision H, dated September 15, 2017, or later FAA approved revisions. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual document number 91- AFM1, approved September 18, 2017, is required for this modification (Refer to Type Certificate Data Sheet ATC 542 for required equipment listed under “DATA PERTINENT TO ALL MODELS.”).
This airplane is eligible for glider and banner towing operations when modified according to this STC and Classic Drawing 50135, Revision B, dated July 29, 1993, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
3. Any substitutions of parts or materials must be FAA approved.
