Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Avionics and Flight Instruments in accordance with the FAA sealed Transport Repair and Maintenance Company Top Drawing No. 80 -011, Revision A, dated May 29, 1980.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Boeing Model 707-138B, Serial Number 17696, only.
The FAA approved Transport Repair and Maintenance Company Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated August 6, 1980, is required as part of this installation. A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.
