Manufacture and installation of a Safety Catch Mechanism on the left hand baggage door per Aero Consulting Services Modification Data Summary number 956900, revision E, dated November 8, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Aero Consulting Services Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS 956971, Revision B, dated November 8, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
