Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of modified Bristol/Edo 348-4580 amphibious floats. The floats are modified by the addition of a 22-inch extension to the transom in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Drawing K11543.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in DeHavilland DHC-2, Serial Number 1331 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
