Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Hartzell Model PHC-C3YD-2UF/FC9587DB-7 or Model PHC- C3YD-2UF/FC9587D-7 propellers in accordance with RAM Aircraft, L.P. Drawing No. 2196, dated February 10, 2004, or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated October 6, 2005, or later FAA approved revision is required.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. The Hartzell propeller diameter limits are 88.0 to 90.0 inches. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness dated October 1, 2005, is required. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
