Installation of Grimes Floor Proximity Lighting System: P/N 10-1309-5 in DC-9-11, -12, -13, -14, -15, -15F; P/N 10-1309-7 or 10- 1309-49 in DC-9-31, -32, -32F, -33F, -34, -34F; P/N 10-1309-147 in DC-9-41; P/N 10-1309-9 in DC-9-51; and P/N 10-1309-11 or 10-1309-51 in DC-9-81, -82, all in accordance with Grimes Master Drawing List, DC-9 Series, MDL 10-1309, rev C, dated 1/15/90, and Grimes Engineering Orders 10-1309-5, -7, -9, -11A, -147, rev C, dated 1/15/90; 10-1309-49, N/C, dated 9/24/86; and 10-1309-51, rev A, dated 9/30/86, or other FAA approved revision of any of these documents.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
