Installation of Cargo Net in accordance with Cargo Systems, Inc. Master Drawing List 4904-11 Revision C, dated August 1, 2006, and Master Report List 4904-12 Revision B, dated August 24, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions.

FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) for the Piper Aircraft Model PA-32 Series dated December 18, 2006, or FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) for the Piper Aircraft Model PA- 34 Series dated December 18, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions, is required.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis: The same as identified on Type Certificate Data Sheets A3SO and A7SO and in accordance with 14 CFR part 23, through amendment 23-6.
