Removal of P/N 213763 propeller synchrophaser control box and electrical connector, and installation of P/N A213796 control box, electrical connector, and remote switch in accordance with Woodward Governor Installation Instruction Drawing No. 9963-146, Rev. B, dated July 2, 1986, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
