2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Installation of Beechcraft drawing 130M000030 or Beechcraft Kit Drawing 130-4014 for increased fuel capacity is a prerequisite installation for this STC.

4. Installation of STC SA10698SC and SA10702SC are prerequisites for this STC.

5. The installer must refer to the STC Configuration Management Document, G7902RPX.00.26, Revision A, or later FAA- approved revision, to determine the configuration dependency with other STCs.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Beechcraft Corporation B300 aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Beechcraft Corporation B300 series airplanes is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
