Description of Type Design Change: Installation of: Aerofex Livestock Carrier P/N TS-QA-400 Platform and Panel System using size A or Size M Class II Pallet, in accordance with the Aerofex Livestock Transportation System Operational Manual No. AFX-TS- 3/4, dated June 26, 1992, or modifications in accordance with FAA Approved Aerofex Triple Stable Installation Drawing TSW-3000, Revision “A” dated July 15, 1999, or later FAA Approved Revisions, in accordance with Aerofex Triple Stable Operations Manual No. AFX-TSW-3000, Revision B dated September 28, 1999.
1) Aircraft must be configured as Cargo or Combi with a maximum floor load rated 1 excess of 105 pounds per square foot.
2) A “9g Barrier” net with rated capacity equal to or greater than the gross weight of the pallet and livestock must be installed.

3) The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. If the holder agrees to permit another person t use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
