Description of Type Design Change: Install wheel hub caps on Cessna 402C, 411A, 414A, and 421C aircraft (with Cleveland part no. 40-135 or 40-135A main wheels) in accordance with RAM Drawing No. 2872, Rev. IR, Dated 07/01/2013 or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as a part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), RAM Aircraft, LP Document No. 2875 Rev. IR dated 08/02/2013 or later FAA accepted revision must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.
